Vala Luxury Villa A is a spacious 60 sqm villa designed for couples seeking both relaxation and luxury. Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by an entrance room with a convenient wardrobe. Moving further into the villa, you will find an equipped kitchen with modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. Beyond the kitchen, the open-plan living area offers a comfortable sofa and a 43’’ Smart Satellite TV for your entertainment. This living space effortlessly connects to the private outdoor pool area, allowing for a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience and easy access to the surrounding beauty of the island.

The villa features one luxurious bedroom with a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, and a 43’’ Smart Satellite TV. The ensuite bathroom comes with a modern shower, providing a relaxing space to refresh after a day in the sun. The bedroom offers direct access to the private pool area, where you can enjoy stunning sea views right from your room.

Step outside to the expansive pool area, where you can swim, lounge, or dine outdoors. The space is equipped with sun loungers, a sitting area, and a BBQ area with a gas BBQ and sink for al fresco dining. The pergola-covered dining area provides the perfect spot for enjoying meals while soaking in the serene surroundings. A private parking space is also available for your convenience.

Vala Luxury Villa B – First Floor
Vala Luxury Villa B offers 50 sqm of chic living space, perfectly designed for couples. The villa features an open and bright living area with a comfortable sofa and a 43’’ Smart Satellite TV. Natural light floods the space, and the living room opens directly onto a private balcony with panoramic sea views. This outdoor balcony also features a dining table, allowing you to enjoy meals with a refreshing breeze.

The equipped kitchen is designed with modern appliances to ensure you have everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The villa includes one spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, a 32’’ Smart Satellite TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. From the bedroom, you can step directly onto the private sea-view balcony, providing an ideal spot for relaxation.

The outdoor area features a private pool with sun loungers for comfort under the sun. A BBQ area is available for outdoor cooking, and the pergola-covered dining space is perfect for enjoying meals in the open air. The villa is accessible via a ramp, making it welcoming for individuals with mobility needs. There is also a private parking space for one car.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 16€ per night from April to October and 4€ per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.
